GENESIS Ballroom Dancing School - Genesis Ballroom staff have been teaching the art and sport of ballroom dancing since 1994. Genesis Ballroom Dancing School is a realization of a dream to provide the local community with a social and competitive ballroom dance outlet. Genesis staff provides a forum for children and adults to express themselves artistically through Ballroom Dancing (also known as DanceSport). We strive to bring the beauty, elegance and sophistication of ballroom dancing to the general public.

Originally thought of as merely recreation or an occasional social opportunity, ballroom dancing has evolved into a sport, recognized around the world as DanceSport. The rigorous training needed to achieve the precision of steps in ballroom dancing requires flexibility, strength, stamina, agility, mental focus and talent. The children from Genesis Ballroom Dancing School have captured the hearts and minds of adults, who are swept off their feet when they see United States finalist juniors and pre-teens perform at the highest level of artistry and athleticism in Ballroom Dancing competitions.
